I spent two decades in a corporate career before making coaching my full-time job, so I know exactly what it's like to try to train around back-to-back meetings, travel, family, and a body that doesn't bounce back like it used to.

Questions men actually ask

I haven't trained properly in years. Is this for me?

Especially for you. Most of my clients arrive after a long break, where things went wrong or life simply took priority. When they get back into it, they want structure and a plan that works, one that gets results in far less time than trying to figure it out themselves or dusting off programmes they ran 10 or 15 years ago.

How fit do I need to be to work with you?

I'll meet you where you are. That said, I'm probably not the right coach for absolute beginners, who tend to get more from face-to-face 1-1 coaching. I work best with men who have some training experience and know their way around a gym, but want an expert coach to improve their existing programme and performance.

Do I need a gym membership?

You'll get the most out of the programme with a gym membership and a full range of equipment at hand. That's the best bang for your buck. If you'd rather train at home and have the budget for some basic equipment, we can absolutely work around that.

I travel a lot for work. Will this fall apart?

That's exactly what online coaching is built for. Your programme adapts to hotel gyms and busy weeks, and the weekly check-in keeps you on track even when the diary explodes.

What about nutrition? I'm not weighing chicken breast.

Good, because I won't ask you to. We make a handful of sustainable changes that fit around work lunches, family dinners and the odd pint. Small changes that compound.
